How It Works
Jewish Marriage Matters allows you to obtain
via email, advice on all personal
matters regarding shidduchim and married
life. People choose our service for various
reasons. For example, the need to understand and
be understood, busy schedules, privacy
concerns, and the yearning for advice with
Torah true hashkafah, are only a few
reasons given for contacting JMM.
After the brief
enrollment and
payment process you proceed to
complete your Confidential Session Form which
tells your mentor about you, your background,
and your reason for seeking advice. Completing
this form allows you the benefit of expressing
yourself with utmost privacy, and provides
valuable insight into the issues you want to
address. You are encouraged to take your time in
filling out this form, in order to glean the
maximum from your email session. When your
mentor receives this form, he then has pertinent
information about you, and is well prepared to
approach the issues at hand. After a careful
review of your Session Form, your mentor will
reply within 48 hours. This process constitutes
one email session.
You may have a simple one-time question, or you
may choose to use JMM as a method of
establishing a longer term relationship with a
mentor. After your initial session, you need not
complete the entire Session Form again. For
long-term advice, you can simply exchange emails
with your mentor. You may purchase a single
email session or multiple sessions at discounted
rates for continued growth.
